Recruiting Admins (aka fox and wolf cubs)

I am looking to recruit one or two admins to help with the general running of the group.

Trouble Girl (aka HaneMS) is currently on fire (not literally). Her phenomenal activity and administration skillz mean that any newbie recruited can watch and learn quickly.

In order to apply you need the following:

1) Be active. Be very active. If you log in daily and you can accept art into the group at least once a day, that's fantastic. If not, we would like you to be able to do this at least once every 2-3 days.
2) Be moderately relaxed with your administration style. In this group we don't live and die by a rule-book. We are quite relaxed, but efficient, and we treat our artists with respect. If you say "wrong folder, LOOK WHERE U SUBMIT OMG", don't apply. We prefer Admins that are polite and considerate.

Offering administration duties to a group is a great opportunity for your art to be seen, to make new friends, and to practice your time-management skills. It is fun, but at times it can be a little demanding - especially if you are dealing with someone difficult and you need your practice your diplomacy skills.
